Track your Youform Page with Meta Pixel
Updated today
Add your Meta Pixel ID to a Youform Page to track visits and form submissions from your Facebook and Instagram ads. The page sends a PageView when someone opens it and a Lead when someone submits the form on it.
Meta Pixel on Pages is a Youform Pro feature. If your organization moves to the Free plan, the page stops sending events.
Add Meta Pixel to your page
You need your Pixel ID, a 15 to 16 digit number from Meta Events Manager. If you don't have one yet, follow Getting your Pixel ID.
Open your page from Pages and go to Settings.
Click Tracking.
Paste your ID into Meta Pixel ID.
Publish your page.
The pixel only goes live when you publish. Builder previews never send events, so your own editing doesn't show up in Meta.
What gets tracked

Use a different event or only count qualified leads
Connect the same pixel to the form on your page when you want an event other than Lead, such as Purchase, or want to count only people who reach certain thank-you pages.
Open the form connected to your page and go to Integrations.
Connect Facebook Pixel with the same Pixel ID you used on the page.
Choose your conversion event and, if you want, the thank-you pages it fires on.
When the page and its form use the same Pixel ID, the form's settings decide what gets sent, including the ViewContent event for each question, and the page sends each event once. Meta never counts the same visit or submission twice. See Facebook Pixel Integration with Youform for the event options.
If the form uses a different Pixel ID than the page, both pixels get their own events. Use this when, for example, an agency tracks the page and the client tracks the form.
Check that it works
Meta's Test Events view shows each event the moment it arrives.
In Meta Events Manager, select your pixel and click Test Events.
Open your live page in a new tab. One
PageViewappears.Submit the form on the page. One
Lead, or your form's chosen event, appears.
No events show up in Meta
I get "Meta Pixel ID should be a 15-16 digit number"
Paste only the numeric ID, with no spaces, letters or pixel code. You find it in Events Manager under your pixel's settings.
