Cal.id integration in Youform
Updated today
Add a Cal.id booking calendar to your form with the Scheduler block, so people book a meeting as one of the form's steps. It works on all plans.
Add Cal.id to your form
You need the public booking link of a Cal.id event, for example https://cal.id/yourname/30min. The link must start with https://cal.id/.
Open the form in the Youform dashboard, or create a new one.
Click the new block button and pick the Scheduler block.
In the right panel, set Schedule with to Cal.id.
Paste your Cal.id event link into the Cal.id link field.
Optionally change the Calendar Opener Text, which is the label of the button that opens the calendar.
Publish the form.
The calendar only opens in the published form, not in the builder preview.
Prefill booking details from earlier answers
Use Prefill mapping in the right panel to pass answers from earlier questions into the Cal.id booking form, so people don't type their name or email twice. You can map these Cal.id fields:
name and email
attendeePhoneNumber
guests
notes
Your own booking questions, by typing the question's identifier from your Cal.id event settings
See bookings in your responses
When someone books, their response shows a Scheduled badge on the Scheduler question. Click it to open that booking on Cal.id.
