Auto-refresh form after inactivity

Sometimes you might need your form to auto-refresh after inactivity, especially in cases where it is used in a public kiosk. This ensures that visitors start the form the first slide if the previous user left it incomplete.

Setting Up Auto-Refresh

To set the form to become inactive after a certain period of time:

1. Go to your form settings.

   

2. Click on "Access" from the left menu.

   

3. Enable the "Auto refresh" or "Inactivity" option.

4. Set the number of minutes after which the form will be inactive. The minimum duration is 1 minute. The default setting is 10 minutes.

How this works:

Auto-Refresh Inactivity Setup: After setting up auto-refresh inactivity from your form's Access setting, the following occurs:

• If a user starts filling out a form and becomes inactive for the set amount of minutes, the form prepares to refresh.

• A popup will appear in the last 10 seconds, giving the user the option to either refresh immediately or continue filling out the form.
