How to create a signature form

To create a signature form using Youform, follow these steps:

1. Start a New Form (Or open your existing form): Click the "New Form" button on your dashboard. You can either select a template by searching in the modal that appears or start from scratch by choosing the first blank form option. If you already have a form just open the form in the builder by just clicking it from the dashboard.

2. Add Blocks: Click the "+" button to add new blocks to your form. For a signature form, you might want to add blocks for collecting names, dates, and of course, a signature block. You can search for these specific blocks in the block selection modal.

   

3. Customize Your Form: Use the Design button at the top of the form builder to customize your form. You can add your logo, choose colors, and select fonts that align with your brand identity. This helps in making the form appear professional and trustworthy, which is crucial for forms that require signatures.

4. Make Your Form Smart: If your signature form requires more advanced features like conditional logic (e.g., showing or hiding fields based on previous answers), you can add this by using Youform's logic builder. This feature can be particularly useful for complex forms where user responses determine subsequent fields.

5. Publish and Share: Once your form is ready, hit the publish button located at the top right of the form builder. You can share your form using a full-page link or embed it on your website. Additionally, you can share it directly on social platforms or generate a QR code for easy access.
