View your organization's usage

Workspace admins can open the organization Usage page to review seats, invites, forms, responses, and video and audio recordings across all workspaces in the organization.

Open the Usage page

1. Open the organization navigation and click Usage.

2. You can also open Billing and click View organization usage.

What the page shows

• Seats used and included seats, plus pending invites

• Forms in the organization

• Completed responses and partial responses

• Video and audio responses for the current period, with the usage period and allowance shown on the page

The counts cover every workspace in your organization, not just the one you are viewing.

Video and audio responses count toward the monthly recording allowance described in Collect video and audio answers.
