Adding Logic to forms
Conditional logic enables you to create dynamic form paths that guide respondents to relevant pages based on their responses.
You can add conditional logic to your form by clicking "Logic" button in your form's builder page:

You will then be able to add whatever logic you'd like:
You can also use Logic to create quizzes, do scoring, or calculate prices:
