How to check activity logs in my organization?

Activity Log

The Activity Log gives you a complete audit trail of everything that happens in your organization — who did what, when, and where.

Organization owners can access it from Organization Settings > Activity Log.

Reading the timeline

Each entry in the Activity Log shows:
  • Who performed the action (team member name, or "System" for automated actions)
  • What they did (e.g., "created form", "invited member")
  • Which resource was affected (form name, member email, workspace name)
  • Where it happened (workspace name, when applicable)
  • When it occurred (relative time like "2 hours ago", hover for the exact date and time)
For settings changes, you can click Show changes to expand a detailed before-and-after diff showing exactly what was modified.
Actions triggered by Stripe, background jobs, or the system are labeled with a badge indicating their source.

Filtering

Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down the log:
  • Category — filter by type of action (Forms, Members, Billing, etc.)
  • Member — filter by the team member who performed the action
  • Form — filter by a specific form
  • Date range — set a From and/or To date to view a specific time period
Click Reset filters to clear all active filters.

Exporting

Click the Export button in the top-right corner to download a CSV of your activity log. The export respects any active filters, so you can export a filtered subset of your logs.
The CSV includes the following columns: Date, Actor, Event, Description, Form, Workspace, Source, IP Address, and Details.
After requesting an export, a download link will be sent to your email. The link is valid for 24 hours.

Data retention

Activity logs are retained for 1 year. Logs older than one year are automatically purged.

Who can access the Activity Log

Only the organization owner can view the Activity Log. Other team members do not have access to this page.
