What the Cloud Icons Mean
Cloud with checkmark (Green): Your work is saved in our server.
Cloud with warning (Amber): Saving soon... just wait a moment.
Cloud with arrow (Blue): Saving now...
Cloud with X (Red): Couldn't save. Click to try again.
Cloud with slash (Red): No internet connection.
Saved doesn't mean your form changes are published. Your users will only be able to see your form changes when you hit the publish button on top right.
Common Questions
I see an amber/yellow cloud. Is that okay? Yes! This just means your changes will be saved in a couple of seconds. Wait for the green checkmark before closing the page.
I see a red cloud with an X. What do I do? Click on it to try saving again. If it keeps failing, check your internet connection or try refreshing the page.
Can I work offline? Yes, but your changes won't be saved until you're back online. We recommend staying connected while editing your forms.
How do I know my work is saved? When you see the green cloud with a checkmark, you're all set!
Does green saved cloud means the form is published? No it just means your changes are saved in our servers so you can come back later and make more changes, publish the form or even revert to last published state.
