How to add a consent checkbox in Youform
In Youform you can add a consent checkbox by following these simple steps:
Go to your form builder and click on the Add New Block button.
Then search for the "single select" Question type.
Write your question and add the options as well here I am adding only one option and making it Yes I agree and also make the question required so that the user can only proceed if they agree to our terms. Remember, you can also include a link to your terms and conditions in the description box.
Though in the above form, I have added only one option, you can add two: "Yes, I Agree" & "No, I don't agree" and then 🧨use our conditional logic to either let user proceed with the form or take user directly to the end screen.
