How to monitor my form's uptime?

Youform has a  status page  where you can see the uptime of our services.

You can also subscribe via Slack and other services to get notified if there is any downtime in Youform's services.

That being said, you sometimes might want to monitor your individual forms, especially when you are using a custom domain.

We recommend using  Uptime Robot  for this.

Here are steps for how to monitor your Youform URL:

Signup to  Uptime Robot . You can create a free account which gives you monitor frequency of 5min. If you want higher frequency you can get their paid plan.
Now in the dashboard click on "New Monitor" which will show you a form like this:You can select the "Keyword monitoring" as Monitor type and add your URL. In the "keyword to look for" section add a keyword which first appears in your form. and select the "Start incident when keyword doesn't exists". This will make sure that your form is loading else it will notify you.
Hit "Create Monitor" to start monitoring your URL.
