How to receive email notifications for new submissions?

In Youform, we send you an email for each new submission that you get. This setting is on by default. You can change it by going to the settings page from your builder and clicking on the email settings from the left tab.

How can I change who will get notification for new submissions?

By default, the account owner gets the email notification for each new submission. If you want to change it, you can go to Settings → Email Settings. From there, you can configure who will get the notification. You can add up to 5 emails.

To send emails to your form responders please go to Settings → Email settings → Email to responder tab.

Can I change the subject and body form my form's email notifications?

Yes, you can change the subject and email body, and the body of your email form. Even notification goes to your settings email settings to update this. You can tag any form data by typing '@' and typing in the variable or question title.
Also, if you want each of the email notifications you receive for a new submission to be in a separate thread in your inbox, we recommend you to change the subject line and add any unique field from your form (like email).

Can I receive email notifications for partially submitted responses?

Yes you can do that by using our Zapier integration. Check the demo video here:  How to send partial submissions to Zapier from Youform

How can I send the emails from my own domain?

You can do that in Youform by adding your own SMTP credentials. Please check this guide:  📪How to send emails from my own domain?  or  How to send emails from my Gmail account?
