Your team must have only 1 member (the owner) before the downgrade can proceed
Pro features (branding removal, custom thank you page, file uploads, notifications, partial submissions, custom domain) will become unavailable
All your forms and submission data are preserved — nothing is deleted

Can I try Pro before committing?

What happens to my forms if I downgrade?
All your forms and submissions remain intact. Pro features are simply disabled — for example, the Youform branding will reappear on your forms, and email notifications will stop sending.
Can I add more than 3 team members on Pro?
No. The Pro plan has a fixed limit of 3 seats. If you need a larger team, upgrade to the Business plan which includes 5 seats and lets you add unlimited extra seats at $10/month each.
What integrations are available?
Integrations are available on all plans including Free. YouForm supports Google Sheets, Slack, Webhooks, and Zapier.
Do I get a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing is $20/month ($240/year) compared to $29/month on the monthly plan — a 30% savings.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
