Alignment in Youform

You can control how your form content is aligned - either left-aligned or centered.

Global vs Block-level Alignment

There are two ways to set alignment:
Global alignment (in Design panel) - Sets the default alignment for all blocks in your form
Block-level alignment (in block settings) - Sets alignment for a specific block only

How it Works

  • If a block doesn't have its own alignment set, it uses the global alignment from the Design panel
  • If a block has its own alignment set, it ignores the global alignment

Example

Let's say your global alignment is set to "Center":
  • Block A (no alignment set) → Will be centered
  • Block B (alignment set to "Left") → Will be left-aligned
  • Block C (no alignment set) → Will be centered

Tips

  • Use global alignment when you want a consistent look across your entire form
  • Use block-level alignment when you want specific blocks to stand out differently
  • To remove a block's alignment and use the global setting, click "Clear" in the block's alignment section
