Workspaces or folders

Youform lets you organize your forms in folders or workspaces. This helps you manage and access them easily, and allows you to set permissions for different team members.

Workspaces feature is available in FREE plan as well.

To create workspaces, just open the workspaces dropdown in your dashboard and hit add new workspace.

Then give your workspace a meaningful name for easy access by you and your team members.

Once created, you can "Rename" or "Delete" your workspace by opening the menu list from the 3-dots beside the "Invite team" button.

Additionally, you can invite your team members to the workspace by hitting the "+Invite Team" button in the dashboard. Read more about  teams feature here .
