Where can I find my form analytics data?

Go to your Youform dashboard, choose a form, and click the results tab. Then, go to the submissions page and find the analytics tab to see your data.

You can filter these data by date

or even by device type

What is the question drop-off rate in Youform?

Youform shows how many people stop at each question. It's found by dividing the number of people who answer a question by the number who see it. A low drop-off rate means the question is good. A high drop-off rate suggests a problem with the question—it might be unclear or unnecessary. You can improve it by changing the wording or removing the question to boost your conversion rate.
You can even click on any of those questions to go directly to the edit page to edit or remove the question.

The trend graph, date & device filter and drop-off rate is only available for pro users.

Frequently Asked Questions

My analytics data is not updated.Answer: Analytics data is updated every 5 minutes, so you might see some delay there in terms of your numbers.
The submissions count is different in analytics compared to the submissions tab on the results page.Answer: There can be several reasons. One of the common problems is, if you delete any submissions, the count gets changed on the submissions tab, but analytics is not affected.
Can I view the data for today?Answer: Yes, you can view the data for today, but the minimum date range allowed is of two days. So you can still select a 2-day interval, but check the data in the graph for which you want to see the numbers.
